Wale has released the visuals for his latest hit “Black Bonnie” featuring Jacquees.

The Yasha-Gurben directed video features actress and singer Ashley Blaine Featherson (Dear White People, Hello Cupid), as Wale celebrates the love of Bonnie and Clyde as he takes the throne in Africa.

This Black love story transcends itself from the Black Panther era of the 1970s to providential era of hip-hop in the early 1990s.

As a connoisseur of good music, it has been refreshing watching Wale grow as an artist. I appreciate his admiration of the Black queen in his new video.
