There was a nationwide search for Morgan who allegedly killed his daughter after a court-appointed visit on November 21st. Tierra’s body was found later in the Shark River by a group a of teenagers still strapped in her car seat.
Initially charged with endangering the welfare of a child and interfering with court order, Arthur Morgan III’s charge was moved to murder once autopsy showed the child died from ‘homicidal act’. The FBI also charged Morgan with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
