Father charged with killing child will return to N.J.

A California judge has ordered Arthur Morgan III to be sent back to New Jersey to face charges that he killed his daughter.

A California judge has ordered Arthur Morgan III to be sent back to New Jersey to face charges that he killed his daughter.

Arthur Morgan III is accused of killing his daughter, Tierra Morgan-Glover, who was found partially submerged in a stream in the Shark River Park located in Wall Township, NJ.

Morgan will return back to Monmouth County where bail has been set for 10 million cash only.

California Superior Court judge, Judge David M. Szumowski, ordered Morgan be out of the state and return to New Jersey no later than December 21st.

There was a nationwide search for Morgan who allegedly killed his daughter after a court-appointed visit on November 21st. Imani Benton, the toddler’s mother, called police when Morgan failed to return the child back home. Tierra’s body was found later in the Shark River by a group a of teenagers still strapped in her car seat.

Initially charged with endangering the welfare of a child and interfering with court order, Arthur Morgan III’s charge was moved to murder once autopsy showed the child died from ‘homicidal act’. The FBI also charged Morgan with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
