Loc Journey: Self Reflection (Silence is golden)
Sometimes you have to take time for yourself and just turn everything off, in order to rejuvenate the physical and mental parts of yourself.

Silence is golden! Sometimes you have to take time for yourself and just turn everything off, in order to rejuvenate the physical and mental parts of yourself.
That is something that hit me last night as I sat on the edge of my bed, after putting my daughter to bed. I needed to make some time for a “mental health” break.
We as humans have strength beyond what we may think we possess, because of Gods hand in our existence, but sometimes you feel in your spirit/soul when you are about to bubble over. When that happens just take a deep breath and exhale. That is your body telling you that you need to “take a break”, and if you listen you will feel a relief come over you, but then you need to make some time for YOU.
We tend to take on a lot of things in life and say to ourselves that we must just “do it” or the recent statement is, “I’ll sleep when I’m dead”. Well there comes a point when your body can’t take it anymore, and you need respite. So listen to your body and heed the signs, because there is only one you and only one life for you to live on this earth.
