Malachi Rivers, a multi-hyphenate performer known for his work in acting, writing, and spoken word, has released No Signal, Vol. 1, a new album that blends poetic storytelling with layered soundscapes. The project is now available on all major streaming platforms.

Career Highlights and Industry Recognition
Rivers’ artistic career includes multiple accolades. He is a three-time Indie Series Award-winner for his work on the series Moments, recognized for both lead acting and writing. His role as Executive Producer and Music Supervisor on Poz Roz earned top honors at the Micheaux Film Festival.
In the music world, Rivers contributed spoken word to Open Reel Deck, an album by Grammy®-nominated jazz artist Marcus Strickland. His performance was described by All About Jazz as a “striking centerpiece.” The project also featured trumpet player Keyon Harrold, whose album Foreverland received a Grammy® nomination in 2025.

About Malachi Rivers
Originally from Prince George’s County, Maryland, Rivers trained in New York City and has performed on stages such as the Kennedy Center, NPR, The Blue Note, and The Apollo Theatre. His acting credits include appearances in David Fincher’s Oscar-winning film Mank and the digital series Poz Roz. His body of work consistently centers themes of empathy, resilience, and cultural storytelling.
