Suzanne Douglas to be in new Two River Theater musical In This House
Actress Suzanne Douglas has joined the cast of In This House by the Two River Theater Company in Red Bank, NJ.
Actress Suzanne Douglas has joined the cast of In This House, a musical presented by the Two River Theater Company in Red Bank, NJ.
Douglas is replacing Brenda Pressely as Luisa Arden for the duration of the play, now running through April 8.
Suzanne Douglas is an award-winning actress, singer, and producer, who most recently appeared in New York in the world premiere of Kara Lee Corthron’s Julius by Design.
Some of Douglas’ film and tv credits include : Changing The Game, Are We There Yet, How Stella Got Her Groove Back, The Parent Hood, & Jason’s Lyric.
In This House is an original musical that tells the story of two couples, one at the beginning, the other at the end of their time together — who meet accidentally and spend an evening together in a deserted house on New Year’s Eve.
Tony Award-winner Chuck Cooper (August Wilson’s Jitney at Two River Theater, Broadway’s The Life) plays Henry Arden. Jeff Kready (Broadway’s Billy Elliott and Les Misérables) and Margo Seibert (the world premiere of Orestes: A Tragic Romp at Two River Theater, Mary Zimmerman’s production of Candide) play the younger couple, Johnny and Annie.
