Freshman sensation Anthony Davis received the most valuable player of the game as he stopped Kansas with his defensive play.
He becomes one of the handful of freshmen to win a national title. Deron Lamb led the way with 22 points for Kentucky. It was a hard fought game as Kansas tried to come back from a 14 point deficit at halftime but Kentucky proved to be too powerful.
Congratulations Kentucky on winning the 2012 NCAA Championship title!
