Mr. Solis, also known as Tito Santana (former WWE Superstar), and science teacher Mr. Mason made a huge contribution to the afternoon session with Ghana.
Mr. Solis, also known as Tito Santana (former WWE Superstar), and science teacher Mr. Mason, made a huge contribution to the afternoon session with Ghana.
First, students in Ghana waited past six o’clock at night, their time, to see Mr. Solis. Mr. Solis gave a wonderful presentation about his career as a WWE Superstar. He spoke about how he knew Tully Blanchard, Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, Razor Ramon, Mr. Perfect, Bret Hart, and many more. In addition, Mr. Solis talked about the injuries he had to endure while always competing and traveling nonstop. Mr.Solis also spoke how after wrestling he went into teaching because he wanted to help students reach their goals in life.
Another superstar of the afternoon Ghana session was seventh grade science teacher Mr. Mason. Mr. Mason made a nice contribution to the afternoon session by having students perform science experiments for the students in Ghana. In addition to the science experiments, Mr. Mason also gave lectures on Planet Nine and fun topics such as the Marvel and D.C. Universe.
Two superstars contributing to an afternoon session of Ghana. Through this partnership with Ghana, students from Ghana and the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School would always benefit because so many different things would always be explored and discussed. From there, more ideas develop and imaginations grow.
