Seven years have passed since Kierra Coles, a pregnant postal worker, went missing from Chicago’s South Side. Her family remains determined to uncover the truth.

Details: Kierra Coles missing case

Sept. 24 marked what would have been Coles’ 33rd birthday.

Coles appeared in the Chatham neighborhood on October 2, 2018.   Surveillance footage showed her in uniform that morning, despite calling in sick.

Later that night, cameras captured her leaving home with a man identified as a person of interest. They stopped at an ATM, where Coles made two cash withdrawals. She was never seen again.

The next morning, video showed the same man returning to her home. He entered the building and left with unidentified items. He then drove away in his personal vehicle, which had been parked nearby overnight.

Coles was 26 and three months pregnant when she vanished. Her family says she was excited to become a mother. She loved makeup, dancing, photography, and her job at the Postal Service.

“As the years go on, it gets harder and harder,” her mother, Karen Phillips, told Fox 32 Chicago.

Description

Coles is described as 5ft4in and 125lbs. She has Black hair and Dark Brown eyes.

She has a tattoo of a heart on her right hand and another tattoo that says “Lucky Libra” on her back.
